🕒 Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- With all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Want a different item? Simply return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a new order.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and include photos if possible. We’ll resolve it promptly.
💵 Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
